Domain transfer refused
My domains is "Not Eligible for Transfer"
A domain will Display "Not Eligible for Transfer" if:
1) There is a currently an outstanding fee on the legacy .co.za domain
2) An outstanding fee has recently been paid on the domain. In this case the domain can only be transferred after the 6th of the following month that payment was made.
3) The domain is within its anniversary period, this is 3 days prior to it's expiration up to the 6th of the following month
4) The domain is within its first month of registration.
5) The legacy transfer ticket was not accepted.
6) The legacy transfer ticket was declined.
